Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design intuitive interaction flows, interfaces, and UI components that help brokers and agency
• Translate complex datasets, reporting, and operational information into clear workflows
• Conduct discovery interviews, usability testing, and other user research activities, using findings
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to deliver features
• Incorporate AI tools into the design process for activities such as research synthesis, rapid
• Help evolve how design and product teams use AI in their day-to-day work, identifying practical

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing web-based B2B SaaS products, internal tools, or other complex
• A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating end-to-end projects, design decision-making, user
• Strong proficiency in Figma and enthusiasm for incorporating AI-assisted tools and workflows into
• Experience contributing to and evolving a design system through reusable components, interaction
• Solid understanding of information architecture and the ability to structure data-heavy experiences
• Strong UX fundamentals and attention to design craft, combined with an ability to think across
