🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on complex, workflow-heavy surfaces.
• Exceptional visual and interaction craft; sweat edge cases and states that make workflows
• Systems thinker who can turn messy, multi-state problems into coherent experiences.
• Data-informed — use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional partner who collaborates with PM, Eng, and Data.
• Comfortable with AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MagicPatterns) as core to your workflow.
