📋 Description

• Lead design voice for a Community product focused on engagement loops, social sharing, and
• Own end-to-end product design from concept through shipped features affecting millions of users.
• Collaborate directly with CEO, a Senior Product Manager, and Senior engineers to shape the product.
• Operate with agility with engineering and product to ensure design intent is preserved in
• Ship fast, learn by building, and define quality bar for the Community product.

🎯 Requirements

• Designed engagement or retention features for social, gaming, or high-growth consumer apps
• End-to-end design ownership: discovery, concept, high-fidelity design, shipped product.
• Translate ambiguous briefs into sharp product directions and push for design intent.
• Attention to detail across the product and ability to push back when needed.
• Experience in small, cross-functional teams with high ownership and low process overhead.
• Built or contributed to a design system scalable across a product.
