🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, with shipped work on navigation, information architecture or
• Strong craft across visual and interaction design, and fluency in Figma (auto layout, variables
• A track record of UX strategy: framing ambiguous problems, setting direction, and getting it
• Cross-platform experience: Knowledge of designing for mobile, desktop, console, and XR environments.
• Advanced prototyping skills (Figma, Origami, ProtoPie or code), including hands-on use of AI tools
• Influence without authority across several teams, and the judgment to say no with a better
