Senior Product Designer (contract)

📋 Description

• Embedded on diverse, collaborative project teams as a senior designer.
• Conduct generative research and socialize results with stakeholders.
• Moderate workshops and Design Thinking activities; create personas.
• Map user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI design.
• Design documentation and WCAG/508-compliant accessibility reviews.
• Work with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders in agile settings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design and digital product development.
• Degree in UX/HCI or related field is a plus though not required.
• Proven track record delivering user-centered digital products.
• Experience crafting research strategies: interviews, prototyping, testing.
• Experience creating design systems; industry-leading UI for web/mobile.
• Familiar with Figma, UserZoomGo, Miro, Condens; Wordpress/iOS/Android.
