📋 Description

• Own design execution across the core platform (web, desktop, mobile)
• Build token architecture and component system foundations
• Raise the craft bar and design standards across the team
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on scope and handoff
• Set high craft standards for complex data-dense interfaces
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or regulated finance.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems: tokens and architecture.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers; translate needs into design decisions.
• Proficient with design-to-code handoff and token-based workflows.
• Portfolio showing strong visual quality and usability.
• Ability to work across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
