Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex workflows in a mature B2B platform.
• Own major workflows from framing to delivery; reduce UX debt and improve consistency.
• This is a hands-on senior role; translate requirements into screens and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define problems, priorities, and MVP trade-offs.
• Apply research, prototyping, and validation to reduce risk and guide product direction.
• Design accessible experiences and extend the design system across the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, senior-level capability.
• Proven track record leading complex product design from framing to delivery.
• Experience on mature B2B SaaS/enterprise platforms, addressing UX debt.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and documentation.
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and accessibility in product design.
