Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of mobile-first product experiences across WHOOP from concept to launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define direction and deliver outcomes for members.
• Translate complex member needs, business objectives, and constraints into intuitive experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, experimentation, and judgment to inform design decisions.
• Balance long-term vision with near-term execution, ensuring quality at pace.
• Contribute to WHOOP design systems, principles, and culture through collaboration and critique.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing consumer digital products, including mobile apps.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design, visual craft, and measurable impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to execution.
• Strong systems thinking to simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, IA, visual design, and product strategy.
• Expertise with modern design tools, including Figma, prototyping tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
