📋 Description

• Define and design high-impact features as well as refine the user experience for projects related
• Design experiences that allow marketers to implement cross-channel, digital experiences and quickly
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, product analysts, technical writers
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, working directly with

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong foundation in designing complex digital products
• Demonstrated experience working within established design systems and balance consistency with
• Approach design challenges with a systems mindset, collaborate with engineers to understand
• Design process grounded in user research and evidence-based decision making
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration, operating as a strategic partner and influencing roadmaps
• Strong craft skills across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
