Senior Product Designer - Design System & Ops

📋 Description

• Create components, tokens, and patterns powering products.
• Help scale design practice with repeatable processes.
• Prepare design system for AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate as a systems craftsman; write practical docs.
• AI fluency central; bring curiosity and hands-on AI to workflows.
• Report to Senior Design Ops Manager in the Senior Design team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience on design systems in complex or multi-brand orgs.
• Proficient in Figma; design tokens, theming, component libraries.
• Knowledge of Storybook and Zeroheight; version control/docs.
• Hands-on AI tools in design workflows (generative design, AI prototyping).
• Strong cross-team facilitation; workshops and alignment.
