🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years product design experience with design system ownership
• Platform conventions across iOS, Android, and web
• High craft bar for visual design; production-ready components
• Expert-level Figma skills: components, variables, tokens, auto-layout
• Experience with design-to-code workflow, Storybook, tokens, GitHub
• WCAG AA accessibility knowledge
