📋 Description

• Evolve Ascent design system components, tokens, and docs.
• Partner with engineering to align design and code.
• Identify inconsistencies and gaps, turning them into scalable improvements.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to release when needed.
• Support adoption via guidance, reviews, office hours, and workshops.
• Use AI/automation to speed prototyping and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product design with high-quality UX, interaction, and visuals.
• Experience building or scaling a design system in a complex org.
• Strong systems thinking; design for reuse across large surfaces.
• Knowledge of design tokens and WCAG; map design to frontend.
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to align teams.
• AI-first mindset; use tools to prototype and generate code.
