• 5+ years leading design on end-to-end consumer products across web/mobile/desktop.
• Experience on B2B/B2B2C products and platforms.
• Expert in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping; comfortable using AI to prototype.
• Strong product thinking; translate business requirements into UX; justify decisions.
• Mastery of typography, color, layout, and interaction; pixel-perfect visuals.
• Experience with design systems and contributing components across teams.
