🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing complex products (ideally B2B/API-driven) with data constraints.
• Shipped complex interfaces; can explain your design decisions.
• Sprint cadence research: 5-user tests, rapid prototyping, log analysis.
• Outcomes-focused with clear problem statements and success metrics.
• Systems thinking; promote patterns to primitives and design-system components.
• UX influence; facilitate usability sessions and ceremonies with devs.
