Senior Product Designer, Engagement

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for one or more product pods.
• Shape experiences that bring users back and help them decide.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences quickly.
• Define design on an AI-native team and influence cross-pod practice.
• Deliver production-ready designs across iOS, Android, and mobile web.
• Build relationships and communicate design decisions across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web.
• Demonstrated ability to use research and data to drive design decisions.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
