Senior Product Designer, Global Payments

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payments experience: scheduling and tracking.
• Frame problems and drive product decisions with evidence.
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and GTM teams to define features.
• Design the experience layer for new payment rails and migrations.
• Conduct user research with SE, CS, Sales, and finance teams.
• Participate in regular design reviews with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/workflow products; fintech a plus.
• Led end-to-end shipping of a full product or major feature.
• Frame problems, align partners, move without a spec.
• Run user research and turn insights into design decisions.
• Iterate with engineers on UX and visuals to get details right.
• Defend design decisions with PMs and engineers.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Understand the constraints of building web apps.
