Senior Product Designer, Global Payments

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments: scheduling, tracking, and retries.
• Shape product direction; frame problems and drive decisions with evidence.
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and GTM across P2P to implement features.
• Design the experience layer for new payment rails and bank integrations.
• Run user research with SE/CS/Sales; test with finance teams.
• Participate in regular design reviews with the design team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/workflow products; payments/fintech a plus.
• Led end-to-end shipping of at least one major product or feature.
• Experience guiding product decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Run user research and translate findings into design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers on UX and visual details.
• Fluent in Figma and prototyping tools.
