Senior Product Designer, Growth

📋 Description

• Own the self-serve onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, retention.
• Identify high-impact opportunities via customer research, data, and direct use of Vercel.
• Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success metrics with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Build and test prototypes using tools like Figma, v0, Cursor, Claude Code.
• Design and ship experiments; stay involved through implementation, focusing on trust and accessibility.
• Turn what works into durable product improvements and reusable patterns; share learnings across Design and Growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio shows strong product design with measurable outcomes and funnel metrics.
• Owned ambiguous, complex work from problem framing to launch and iteration.
• Form hypotheses; choose success measures; interpret data with partners.
• Build interactive prototypes using AI tools; prompts, near-code, learn fast.
• Design clear, accessible experiences across skill levels.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data; explain tradeoffs and evolution.
