📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end monetisation design: pricing pages, upgrade flows, checkout, paywalls.

  • Translate pricing analytics and user feedback into intuitive designs that drive purchases.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; translate insights into iterations and new tests.
  • Balance self-serve speed with enterprise complexity; collaborate on pricing messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in product design, B2B SaaS or growth roles; portfolio shows conversion impact.
  • Experience designing monetisation surfaces with measurable impact on self-serve and enterprise conversions.
  • Experience designing and running data-driven experiments; interpreting analytics and insights.
  • Strong SaaS monetisation knowledge: pricing psychology, value-based pricing, plan packaging.
  • Balance business goals with user needs; deliver high-quality, user-centric designs that build trust.
  • Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales.
