Senior Product Designer II, AI Native

📋 Description

• Design high‑quality features for Latin American members, Brazil and beyond.
• Apply localization and internationalization from the start to feel native.
• Collaborate with AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, etc.) to explore and prototype.
• Help codify AI-native design practices for the International team.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to turn complex, cultural design problems into scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design with strong app craft and AI usage.
• Hands-on with Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, V0 or similar.
• Mobile-first design on iOS and Android.
• Deep Figma expertise: components, auto layout, variants, prototyping.
• Experience designing for international audiences; localization UX.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; strong cross-timezone collaboration.
