📋 Description

• Lead high-impact growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences
• Reimagine key customer journey moments, including discovery, value understanding, conversion
• Combine product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business strategy to create
• Explore and prototype new content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging that
• Design complex, multi-step journeys across multiple surfaces and teams while improving continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Demonstrate exceptional visual, interaction, and product design craft through a strong portfolio
• Have deep interaction design expertise with experience in motion, micro-interactions, prototyping
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into
• Have experience designing complex customer journeys while balancing user needs, business
• Possess strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design rationale

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range of CAD $171,000–$180,500 for Canadian-based candidates, with compensation varying
