📋 Description

• Design and execute experiments across subscription and monetization journeys, including trial
• Transform loosely defined briefs into well-scoped, testable hypotheses using research, analytics
• Lead experiments from your own ideas and serve as a strategic partner on concepts from Product
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics to establish success metrics, interpret outcomes, and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally including growth, experimentation
• Demonstrated experience shipping and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments in a fast-moving
• Strong ability to work with ambiguity and turn incomplete briefs into well-defined, testable
• Proactive, ideas-driven approach with confidence to generate new experiment concepts.
• Strong strategic and collaborative skills, able to champion ideas and challenge partners
