Senior Product Designer (JobEx)

📋 Description

• Design simple and beautiful product experiences that make a measurable difference in the daily
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing product strategy, business goals, technical
• Facilitate and participate in user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights to
• Shape and expand the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows
• Influence product direction through strong design judgment, customer insights, and close
• Present and communicate concepts, design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products and end-to-end
• Proven expertise with modern design platforms (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and fluency with
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, accessibility, interactivity, motion
