🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant design experience working on B2B/enterprise software products, ideally
• A portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
• Experience running qualitative research in complex fields, building empathy with users and humans
• Ability to make design decisions that appropriately balance business goals, product priorities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time-zones to
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn about a complex, very technical product space
