Senior Product Designer (LatAm)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to design intuitive product experiences.
• Make a big impact on a small team building Homeward’s product.
• Manage end-to-end feature roll-outs; conduct interviews; create wireframes.
• Support rebuilding our design system for consistent UI across apps.
• Coordinate launches with Sales, Ops, Finance.
• Analyze competitors to differentiate our experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience in startup/tech
• Designed/launched multiple responsive web apps; portfolio
• Proficient with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user interviews, UX tests, and surveys
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
