📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end experience across farmer and partner journeys, from onboarding through
• Design the most complex and brand-critical work, from wireframes and flows to polished
• Cut farmer effort, with a focus on "enter once, used everywhere" data capture, simpler onboarding
• Run continuous research, usability testing and A/B tests with farmers and partners, and track
• Own and deliver Klim's AI-augmented design model maintaining highest quality while enabling others

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design, including senior or lead roles owning complex B2B or data-heavy
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, with mastery of Figma.
• A portfolio that shows product-level impact (engagement, adoption, satisfaction), not only
• Proven ability to improve engagement and strong plus for experience running A/B tests and product
• Proven experience building and running a design system with engineering, ideally in React and
• Hands-on use of AI tools in design and delivery (e.g. Claude, Figma AI or similar), and a clear
