📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end product design—from ideation to ready-to-ship visuals.
• Collaborate with Product Designer to evolve design language across the platform.
• Work with product and engineering to identify high-impact UX opportunities and deliver feasible solutions.
• Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs using our scalable Figma design system.
• Create clear UI copy to guide users through the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or high-growth SaaS.
• Proven ability to design complex desktop-first B2B web apps end-to-end.
• Strong product thinking: 80/20 balance value, constraints, goals.
• Expert-level Figma; experience with shared workspaces, components, design systems.
• Self-driven, outcome-oriented; communicates trade-offs clearly.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
