Senior Product Designer - Mariana Tek (Remote)

📋 Description

• Design intuitive solutions for Mariana Tek’s platform for boutique studios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product strategy with user needs.
• Lead complex design initiatives and advance visual craft across web/mobile.
• Create end‑to‑end experiences for scheduling, booking, inventory, POS, etc.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to engineers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio; lead or senior preferred.
• Mastery of Figma; wireframes, flows, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups.
• Strong UX principles: usability, IA, design systems, interaction patterns.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, tests, surveys).
• Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge; able to discuss constraints with engineers.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership abilities.
