📋 Description

• Design end-to-end member experiences from exploration to post-launch.
• Simplify complex health workflows into clear, usable experiences.
• Create personalized, habit-forming experiences to drive engagement.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to shape direction.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and extend the design system with scalable patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Updated portfolio showing shipped work with measurable impact.
• 5+ years of product design experience with cross-functional partners.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing digital products on mobile and/or web.
• Strength in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
• Experience taking work from ambiguity to execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
