📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for onboarding and activation journeys
• Balance user needs with regulatory and risk considerations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance and Risk
• Design for web and mobile with a consistent onboarding experience
• Partner with mobile designers to shape mobile-first experiences
• Contribute to design system and scalable patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UX/Product Design experience in onboarding/identity workflows
• Portfolio with complex workflows and problem solving
• Experience balancing user experience with regulatory constraints
• Strong collaboration across Design, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Experience designing responsive experiences across web and mobile
• Ability to prototype, test and iterate using data and feedback
