📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and workflow discovery through
• Design complex operational workflows involving multiple user roles, data sources, business rules
• Conduct user research through interviews, observation, workflow analysis, and usability testing to
• Create functional, AI-powered prototypes rapidly to explore concepts, validate ideas, and align
• Translate prototypes and design concepts into production-ready experiences, contributing directly
• Apply systems-level thinking to create data-rich interfaces that help users monitor activity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally within startups or other fast-paced
• Demonstrated experience designing and launching products in complex or technical industries such as
• Strong ability to understand and translate complex processes, data structures, business rules
• Experience designing systems where auditability, reliability, compliance, or regulatory
• Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding how APIs and technical systems influence
• Hands-on development experience or the ability to contribute effectively to production front-end
