🎯 Requirements

4+ years in UX/UI or product design for data-heavy/workflow products.
Proven track record designing operational/internal platforms (B2B/logistics).
Strong IA and interaction design for dense workflows; clarity and error prevention.
Proficiency with Figma; experience with AI-assisted workflows and prototyping.
Excellent cross-team communication; able to work with operators and tech teams.
Experience designing for mobile/tablet in physical work environments is a plus.
