📋 Description

• Own Product Design outcomes in a problem space team, effectively engaging with the team and
• Ensure we design the right experiences - aligning stakeholders to achieve balanced business-driving
• Effectively explain rationales, insights, processes and standards to stakeholders
• Own team discovery discussions, workshops and problem exploration activities
• Own solution discovery and delivery in your problem space team
• Apply design-thinking frameworks and user-centered principles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work, and influence
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams
• Strong fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice
• Experience coaching others in interaction design, visual design, or prototyping
• Proficiency in mobile and front-end web standards, development, and tools like Figma, Protopie
• Experience in Service Design, User Research, Front-end Development, Accessible Design, or Design
