Senior Product Designer, Procure to Pay

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end PO management: creation, changes, alerts, and dashboards.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to define features from PO workflows to first agents.
• Design full virtual card lifecycle: issuing, spending, coding, reconciliation.
• Shape the team's first agent experiences with verifiable automation.
• Run user research with SE, CS, and Sales; test with AP teams.
• Participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years designing complex B2B/workflow products; fintech a plus.
• Experience shipping at least one end-to-end product or feature as lead designer.
• Experience running user research and turning insights into design decisions.
• Experience iterating with engineers on UX and visual design.
• Defend design decisions with PMs and engineers; adapt when evidence says.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows; shipping an agent not required.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of technical constraints of building web apps.
