Senior Product Designer, Procure to Pay

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end P2P experiences: workflows, alerts, dashboards.
• Partner with PMs/engineers to define features and core workflows.
• Design full transaction lifecycles, incl. declines and failed payments.
• Shape first agent experiences using procurement data you can verify.
• Run user research with customers via SE/CS/Sales; test with AP teams.
• Participate in regular design reviews with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years designing complex B2B/workflow products; procurement/payments/fintech a plus.
• Lead designer on at least one full product or major feature.
• Experience running user research and turning findings into design decisions.
• Iterate closely with engineers on UX and visual design to get details right.
• Defend design decisions with PMs/engineers and adapt when evidence says so.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted workflows; not required to ship an agent.
