Senior Product Designer, Provider Acquisition

📋 Description

• Role focuses on conversion, growth, and acquisition within Provider Growth.
• Own provider rebrand, landing pages, lead forms, and internal PGA tooling.
• Diagnose funnel drop-off and run experiments to improve conversion.
• Work with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, MagicPatterns) from prototyping to launch.
• Collaborate across Creative, PM, and Eng to ship high-quality experiences.
• Shape how providers join Headway and how patients access care.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, focused on conversion/growth/acquisition.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design for public-facing surfaces.
• Strong funnel thinking; ability to diagnose drop-off and influence metrics.
• Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows (real-time decision support, automation).
• Comfort collaborating across Creative/brand, PM, and Eng.
• Proficient with AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MagicPatterns).
