🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of UX/UI design with systems-thinking and launching complex experiences.
Strong portfolio with user-centered design; trust & safety experience a plus.
Strong ability to design for diverse audiences and complex workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
