Senior Product Designer, Search and Personalisation

📋 Description

• End-to-end design for search, discovery, and personalization from framing to shipped product.
• Design experiences with generated content, translating ML outputs into UI.
• Use data, experiments, and qualitative research to identify friction and opportunities.
• Apply AI tools for research synthesis, rapid prototyping, and exploration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data analysts to align goals and deliver outcomes.
• Maintain design system standards for consistency across high-traffic surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of product/UX designer exp with a shipped portfolio.
• Design complex, data-rich tools (ads, B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplaces).
• Interaction and visual design; strong with hierarchy, layout, components.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (ProtoPie); design systems.
• AI fluency: uses AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Frame design decisions with clear rationale and communicate to PMs/engineers.
