📋 Description

• Design end-to-end trading interfaces for TradFi and RWA on mobile and web.
• Translate complex financial mechanics into simple, low-friction journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analytics to boost KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk and Legal to ship compliant features.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product/UX/UI design background in fintech brokerage or trading.
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience with behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, regulated environments with Risk & Compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
