🎯 Requirements

8+ years of product design experience, 3+ in regulated finance.
Strong mobile app design background; shipped native iOS or Android.
Direct experience with options, futures, or equities trading products.
Familiar with real-time data, high-density trading interfaces.
Track record of moving metrics: conversion, retention, engagement.
Able to drive projects forward with minimal direction; strong product thinking.
