📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences for single sign-on and authentication — setup, identity
• Enterprise-level user management flows: SSO configuration including group mapping and management of
• Shape how multi-location organizations are modeled in Weave — workspaces, org hierarchy, and
• Create platform patterns other Weave product teams can build on, and contribute them back to our
• Partner daily with your product manager and engineering manager to define the Users Infra roadmap
• Ground your work in evidence: talk with customers, explore Pendo and Sigma

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing software products, including meaningful time on B2B or platform surfaces such as
• Two or more case studies tracing thinking from problem framing through end-to-end user flows and
• Comfortable in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Design complex, multi-step, cross-platform flows and consider edge, error, and empty states
• Explain design thinking clearly in writing and in conversation with engineers, partners, and
