Senior Product Designer, UX

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design for mobile and web from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with Product, Eng, Research, Data, and Growth to translate needs into improvements.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment discussions.
• Contribute to Airalo's Design System for consistency and accessibility.
• Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and shared practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product design at a tech startup, scale-up, or product-focused agency.
• Strong portfolio with high-quality UI, interaction design, and measurable impact.
• Extensive experience designing, testing, and shipping native mobile and web B2C apps.
• Ability to lead ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English to communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Advanced Figma and FigJam skills with production-ready assets.
