Senior Product Designer (Visual)

📋 Description

• Shape Nexthink's visual language into a cohesive identity for IT and business users
• Define interaction principles and design standards across the product
• Set iconography, illustration, and messaging to reinforce product voice
• Partner with design, PMs, and engineers to embed design-system thinking
• Build and govern a scalable, well-documented component library
• Champion AI-assisted design and handoff workflows to speed shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as product/visual/UX designer with design system exp
• BSc in design, HCI, or equivalent exp
• Experience designing complex enterprise apps
• Expert in Figma: component architecture, variants, tokens
• Strong eye for visual design: typography, hierarchy, iconography
• English proficiency; French is a plus
