Senior Product Designer (Visual)

📋 Description

• Shape Nexthink's visual language to serve IT and business users
• Define interaction principles and design standards across the product
• Set the vision for iconography, illustration, and product voice
• Partner with product/design/engineering to embed design-system thinking
• Build and govern a scalable, well-documented component library
• Champion AI-assisted design and handoff workflows (Figma Make, MCP)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as product/visual/UX designer with design system exp
• BSc in design, HCI, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing complex enterprise apps
• Expert in Figma: components, variants, and tokens
• Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, iconography, spacing
• Familiar with frontend constraints and design-to-code workflows
