📋 Description

• Lead UX and visual design across client websites.
• Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and clients to define UX and direction.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes in Figma.
• Design and build responsive, production-ready websites in Webflow.
• Develop scalable design systems, components, and CMS in Webflow.
• Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience.
• 2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX to Webflow delivery.
• Experience building scalable Webflow sites with CMS + design systems.
• Experience with Client-First, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes.
