Senior Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver medium-to-large FinOps projects end-to-end.
• Build expertise in FinOps systems (Stripe, LayerFi, Cherry).
• Participate in Engineering Architecture Process; influence decisions.
• Own team/domain initiatives to raise engineering quality.
• Mentor IC1–IC2 engineers; grow toward Staff scope.
• Work in high-ownership, early-stage environment with decisions that matter.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering with schema/API design.
• Deep PostgreSQL fluency: queries, schema, migrations.
• Experience building third-party payments integrations; failure handling.
• Track record owning medium-to-large projects end-to-end as a senior IC.
• Comfort influencing architecture beyond project scope.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the tech bar.
