🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development
Experience delivering products end-to-end
A track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where the requirements might change over time
Production experience using AI-assisted software development workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Codex
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have: React / TypeScript for customer-facing UIs
