• Professional experience in backend software engineering with strong foundation in Kotlin or Java
• Experience developing SaaS products in Agile and cross-functional product environment.
• Backend specialization with willingness to contribute to frontend, mobile, infrastructure, or other
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) or strong
• Strong product mindset and ownership mentality focused on user problems and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively with PMs, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
