(Senior) Product Engineer (Backend)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable backend services and product features using Kotlin or Java
• Take ownership of features from initial user problem discovery through development, rollout, and
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate ideas and user needs into

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in backend software engineering, with a strong foundation in Kotlin or Java
• Experience developing SaaS products, ideally within an Agile and cross-functional product
• A backend specialization combined with a willingness and ability to contribute to frontend, mobile
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Strong product mindset and ownership mentality, with a focus on understanding user problems and
• Ability to work effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
