🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering
• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Backend with Python/Go/Java/.NET/Node.js/Ruby
• Experience launching products in startups or scaleups
• Frontend, backend, distributed systems, microservices
• Production ops: monitoring, alerting, on-call
